MJS Training
MJS Training are a North Wales based Driver Periodic CPC Training company.
We were appointed as the marketing partner for MJS Training Limited. We continue to work closely with the team at MJS for the provision of the website and the internal CRM system, including event management and sales pipeline support.
The cloud-based system we created for MJS Training runs their entire course portfolio, trainer bookings, learner bookings, payments (via website integration) and accounts system from an easy to use web interface. The system is also integrated to the EasyMediaUK SMS Text Message service to remind learners of their courses by text message instead of email. We also support MJS Training with VOIP telecom systems, a telephone answering service (handled by our trained office team), email hosting and ad-hoc Social Media / PR support.
Recently, the business model for MJS Training Limited has changed in line with company growth. We have been on-hand to adjust the CRM processes accordingly, to fit the changing requirements of the business. This includes moving from a fixed-price model to a price-pack model, allowing multiple events to be created with differing prices. We have also moved from a single location setup, to a ‘pool’ of locations to allow different training rooms to be advertised across different locations.
Our systems are moulded to fit around your business. Your business does not need to change to fit around our CRM systems.
